CHENILLE VESTS 

                     Neptune's Realm

Front of Vest,  vest created with muslin base, navy osnaburg and various homespun fabrics giving the illusion of different water depths, sea grass, coral etc.  Then bright tropical fish were appliquéd on the vest.  Vest was lined and a pretty mermaid was appliquéd to the lining.
